About the show

The Durable Owner is a new owner-to-owner show for independent DME suppliers, hosted by Sandy Sanders, who owns DME supply companies herself. The inaugural season is recording now and launches in December 2026. Owners share how they built their businesses: where referrals come from, how they handle intake and compliance, and the moves that paid off. It's conversational, nothing scripted or salesy, and the focus is on your story.

How the session works

• About 40 minutes on RingCentral Video. Your link is in your calendar invite.
• About 20 minutes are recorded. After that, we stop the recording and keep talking off the record.
• You get your episode link the day it goes live and 3 short video clips to share with your referral partners and team, plus links back to your website and LinkedIn.

• How you got started and where your first referrals came from
• How you built and keep your referral sources
• What happens between an order coming in and the patient having the product
• The growth move that paid off the most
• What you wish you had known when you started in DME

• Please don't mention patient names or details.
• We keep the conversation away from arrangements with referral sources.
• If you say something you'd rather not publish, tell us and it comes out of the edit.
