Who we are
The Durable Owner is an owner-to-owner show for independent DME and HME supply companies, hosted by Sandy Sanders. This policy explains what information we collect through thedurableowner.com and our guest booking process, and how we use it. Questions? Email [email protected].
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, company, and anything you write when you join our launch list, book a guest interview, email a nomination, or send us your prep answers. If you are a guest, we also collect the recording of your interview. Information collected automatically: like most websites, our site host may record basic usage data such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location, and may use cookies to keep the site working.
How we use it
To schedule and prepare for guest interviews; to produce, edit, and publish episodes; to send you show updates if you joined our launch list; and to reply when you contact us. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the show, such as our website and form platform, our calendar and email provider, and our video recording tool. They process information only to provide their services to us. We may also share information if required by law.
Guest recordings
Interviews are recorded only with the guest's knowledge. Anything a guest asks us to leave out during the interview is removed in editing. Please do not share patient names or details during an interview.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from show emails at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
Keeping information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Children
This site and show are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
